What company would be willing to consolidate my Sallie Mae and Dept. of Education government student loans?

Trying to consolidate all my student loans into one affordable monthly payment. Suggestions. Sallie Mae is no longer consolidate student loans and many other companies do not consolidate a loan from Sallie Mae, it is guaranteed and supported by the U.S. government. Thanks in advance.
