I am desperately looking for financial aid for school and do not want to take a personal loan. However, this is my only chance to survive to full employment. Looking for a bank that is reliable and has a near 0% interest. Know?

Um, none at 0% interest. You can get a federal student loan Called a stafford loan at 6.8% interest.

Try bankrate site and they have pretty good list of banks who offer a good deal. But you always need to consider what is behind all those too good to be true deals…
